Refund policy
Shop Refrigeration is a trade name of RY Ventures LLC. We specialize in commercial refrigeration equipment and operate in accordance with manufacturer and distributor return policies.
Because products may ship directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors, all returns are subject to supplier approval and guidelines.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused and uninstalled
• Item must not have been connected to power or utilities
• Item must be in original manufacturer packaging
• Item must be in resellable condition
• Return must be approved in writing prior to shipment

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
RESTOCKING FEES & FREIGHT RESPONSIBILITY
Approved returns may be subject to manufacturer restocking fees, as determined by supplier policies.
Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges unless the item was shipped in error or confirmed defective upon arrival.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
FREIGHT DAMAGE POLICY
All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.
If there is visible damage:
• Note the damage clearly on the Bill of Lading before signing
• Take photos of the product and packaging
• Notify us within 24 hours
Failure to properly document damage at delivery may void freight claims.
If concealed damage is discovered, it must be reported within 48 hours with supporting photos.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Special order or custom configured products
• Used, installed, or modified equipment
• Clearance or final sale items
• Items not returned in original packaging
• Items returned without authorization
EXCHANGES
Due to the size and freight nature of commercial equipment, we do not process direct exchanges.
If a different product is desired, the original item must be returned (if eligible), and a new order must be placed separately.
REFUNDS
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Processing times from financial institutions may vary.
