Shop Refrigeration is a trade name of RY Ventures LLC. We specialize in commercial refrigeration equipment for restaurants and commercial businesses.

We work with authorized manufacturers and distributors to fulfill orders. Products may ship directly from manufacturer or distributor warehouses.

Due to the size and freight nature of commercial equipment, all shipments are subject to carrier and manufacturer logistics policies.

All pricing displayed on our website reflects equipment pricing only. Additional delivery services, if required, may incur separate carrier fees.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.

Processing includes:

• Order verification
• Manufacturer inventory confirmation
• Freight carrier coordination
• Preparation for shipment

Once your order has shipped, tracking information and carrier details will be provided via email.

Please note that order processing time is separate from transit time.

SHIPPING METHOD

All commercial refrigeration equipment is shipped via insured LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers.

Standard delivery is curbside freight delivery to a commercial address.

Curbside delivery means the carrier will deliver the unit to the curb or loading dock area of the delivery address. The carrier is not responsible for moving the unit inside the premises.

Inside delivery, liftgate service, installation, or white glove services are not included unless arranged in advance.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free curbside delivery to qualifying commercial addresses within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping applies to standard freight delivery only. Additional services such as liftgate, residential delivery, inside delivery, or special handling are not included and may incur additional carrier fees.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES

Additional fees may apply for:

• Residential delivery
• Liftgate service
• Limited access locations
• Inside delivery
• Appointment scheduling or rescheduling
• Redelivery due to missed delivery appointments

If additional services are required or requested, additional carrier fees will apply.

TRANSIT TIMES

Typical freight transit times range from 3 to 10 business days depending on:

• Destination
• Manufacturer warehouse location
• Carrier scheduling

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by weather, carrier capacity, or other logistical factors are outside of our control.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

An adult representative must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible for freight delivery.

Failure to provide an accessible delivery location may result in additional carrier charges.

INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.

If there is visible damage:

• Note the damage clearly on the Bill of Lading before signing
• Take photos of the product and packaging
• Notify us within 24 hours

Failure to properly document damage at delivery may void freight claims.

If concealed damage is discovered, it must be reported within 48 hours with supporting photos.

We ship within the contiguous United States.

For Alaska, Hawaii, or international shipments, please contact us prior to placing an order for a custom freight quote.
