Shop Refrigeration is a trade name of RY Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RY Ventures LLC doing business as Shop Refrigeration.

• Cancel orders due to manufacturer unavailability
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund.
Cancellation requests may not be honored once an order has been confirmed and released for shipment.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include:
• Sales tax
• Shipping surcharges
• Liftgate fees
• Residential delivery fees
• Handling or accessorial freight charges
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all applicable charges.
SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS
All products ship via insured freight carriers unless otherwise specified.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon transfer of goods to the freight carrier.
Customer is responsible for inspecting shipments at delivery and documenting any visible damage on the Bill of Lading.
Failure to properly document freight damage at delivery may void claims.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All returns are subject to our Return Policy.
Returns must be authorized in writing prior to shipment.
Restocking fees and return freight charges may apply.
Refunds are issued only after returned merchandise is received and inspected.

Certain products may include manufacturer warranties.
Any such warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer. Shop Refrigeration does not provide independent product warranties unless explicitly stated in writing.
Warranty claims must be processed directly with the manufacturer unless otherwise instructed.
